Our 3-day Value Stream Mapping (VSM) project is a structured process aimed at analyzing and improving your processes by identifying and eliminating waste.

Here's how we break it down:

Day 1: Planning and Mapping the Current State

​

• We kick off by defining the project objectives and selecting a cross-functional team.

• Next, we define the process scope—from order receipt to product delivery—and gather key metrics like cycle time and lead time.

• We then map your current process step-by-step, focusing on material and information flow, and identifying inefficiencies.

Day 2: Analyzing and Identifying Waste

​

• On Day 2, we analyze the current process using Lean principles to pinpoint waste such as overproduction, waiting, or excess inventory.

• We then begin designing the future state of your process, brainstorming ways to streamline operations and reduce waste using tools like Kanban and 5S.

• We also prioritize improvement opportunities for immediate and long-term gains.

 

Day 3: Finalizing the Future State and Action Plan

• On the final day, we finalize the future state map and develop a detailed action plan with clear timelines and responsibilities.

• We present the current and future state maps, along with the action plan, to stakeholders for feedback and buy-in.

• The workshop concludes with a wrap-up, ensuring all participants are aligned on the next steps and how progress will be monitored.
